01. Who and what this policy covers
This policy describes Simple Fraction Calculator, published by Blue Mongoose River under the Simple Offline brand. Contact support@aetherhook.com with privacy questions.
02. No app data collection
We do not collect, receive, sell, or share calculation inputs, results, stored values, and app settings through the app. We do not operate app accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or automated crash-reporting services.
The app does not send us your identity, location, device identifiers, usage history, or the content you work with. App functionality runs on your device.
03. Local files and your choices
Your app content and settings are processed or stored locally. File access, where needed, lets the app open files you choose or save exports you request. It does not give us remote access to your device.
You control exported files and where you store or share them. Your operating system may provide device backups, cloud-backed folders, or sharing services under its own settings and policies. These are not services operated by Blue Mongoose River.
To remove local app data, use the app’s available controls or your device’s app-management settings. Keep backups of anything you want to retain before clearing data or uninstalling.
04. Purchases and platform services
Google Play and Apple’s App Store process purchases, downloads, and updates under their own privacy policies. They may provide developers with transaction or operational information under their platform rules. Our no-collection statement concerns the app itself; it does not describe data processing by your store, payment provider, or operating system.
05. When you email us
If you choose to email support@aetherhook.com, we receive your email address and anything you include. We use this information to reply, provide support, resolve complaints, and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is processed through our email service provider.
We keep correspondence only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal requirements. Please do not include confidential models, detailed financial records, or other sensitive information unless it is needed for your request. You may contact us about access, correction, or deletion of support correspondence; applicable rights and legal retention duties will be respected.
Where data-protection law applies, responding to support requests may be necessary to perform our contract with you or pursue our legitimate interest in helping users; legally required records are handled to meet legal obligations. You may also raise concerns with your local data-protection authority.
06. This website
The website uses no advertising or analytics scripts and sets no application cookies. Fonts, styles, scripts, and product images are served from this website. Ordinary requests to the hosting provider may involve technical information such as an IP address for delivery and security. Following an app store link takes you to a separate service with its own policy.
07. Children’s privacy
The app does not collect personal information from children or other users. If a child sends personal information in a support email, a parent or guardian can contact us to request appropriate deletion, subject to legal requirements.
08. Updates to this policy
